Modular Asset – Lego City

Today we created something using lego to work on our teamwork and creativity, we also had to come up with a story to match our creation.

Our teamwork is somewhat chaotic, despite my teammate somewhat dictating the project I still approve of many of his decisions and I can persuade him to change some things, overall I’m happy with our teamwork despite the uneven control.

This is the tale of King Bangingi and the mysterious lost fort.

King Bangingi had a little fort up on the orc lands, one day long ago all the residents of the fort mysteriously disappeared without a trace. After several days with no communication the king sent scouts to the fort to learn what happened there, they found nothing but a single letter written in blood, upon the letter were just two horrifying words… “ahh shit”.

Florence woke up in a cold sweat. ‘Just a dream’ he thought to himself, the thunder of the storm outside growled. He heard a scream come from the floor below, he ran downstairs to find a large disgusting creature feasting on one of the hand maidens; blood soaking the blue carpet. Before he knew it he was already dead. The creature tore through the legions of remaining guards and inhabitants of the fort; leaving it empty. Years later the tower is still abandoned, with whispers of the beast still living in the old tower, feasting off of nesting pigeons… and anyone who dares enter.

King Bangingi woke from his deep slumber, he went to his window and looked over the orc lands, ‘I wonder what happened to everyone in that old fort…’ he thought to himself.

Our focal point is the fort in the orc lands, this is the main focus of the story.

The fort is a has a rather large watchtower at the forefront with its highest point at 200 meters.

There were once many pathways and such through the fort and a functioning drawbridge leading to the watchtower, as the years have passed it slowly became overgrown by weeds and the structure had become unsound, the old fort is now a treacherous place for all with its crumbling supports and fragile pathways.
